Privacy policy

Data controller: the publisher of Voyance Call, reachable on the number displayed on the site.

Data collected: first name, last name, email, phone number, billing address, call history (duration, transcript where applicable), chat messages, mini-game results, and payment instruments tokenized via TagadaPay (we never store the raw card number).

Purposes: create and authenticate your account, link your calls and emails, deliver readings, remember context for later conversations, billing, fraud prevention and legal duties.

Legal bases: performance of the contract (account and readings), legitimate interest (security, service memory, improvement) and, where required, legal obligation (accounting).

Recipients: strictly necessary processors (Railway hosting, SMTP email, Twilio SMS for phone confirmation, TagadaPay payments). They use your data only for those purposes.

Retention: while the account is active, then limited archival for legal periods (billing in particular). Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.

Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. To exercise them, call the site number. You may also contact your supervisory authority.

Transfers: some processors may be located outside the EU (hosting, voice). Appropriate safeguards are used where required by law.
